YHA and ukmountainbiker in unique tie-up

The Youth Hostel Association (YHA), with over 200 hostels across England and Wales, has teamed up with ukmountainbiker.com to provide a unique platform for cross-marketing products and services.

The YHA’s hostels will now be listed under the YHA section on the website and, in the near future, will also be incorporated into the downloaded routes.  Together with information including parking, cafés, bike shops and tourist information centres, ukmountainbiker.com’s maps will now incorporate Hostel "pins" that show the nearest hostel on each and every route.

On the YHA’s website ukmountainbiker will be featured in various sections and all visitors from the YHA web site will be able to become registered users of ukmountainbiker.com and get 24 download credits for the reduced rate of £12.00 (usual price £15.00).

Commenting on the deal, Adrian Daniel a director of ukmountainbiker.com said: “We’re delighted to be working with the YHA and feel that we will be able to cross-market our respective services.  With the YHA having over 200 hostels in England and Wales, which will all be integrated into our site, our registered users will have another option for extremely cost effective accommodation.”
